YOGA For Climbers

GROUP FITNESS | PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

EQUIPMENT
We recommend bringing your own mat; props and other supplies are available as needed.

RESERVATIONS
All group fitness classes require a reservation. If you do not have a reservation, please ask at the front desk if there is room in a class before entering the classroom. Non-Members are required to prepay for a day pass when signing up, unless they come as a guest with a member using that member's reservation. See the front desk if you have questions about our yoga and fitness classes.

CHECK-IN / LATE ENTRY
Participants must check-in at the front desk before entering the studio, even if previously checked-in to the facility. Failure to check-in properly may result in the loss of a reservation. Late entry into the studio is NOT permitted.

BOOKING PERIOD
This offering is open for booking 24 hours before the start of the class. Online booking closes 15 minutes before the class begins.

AGE
Participants must be 14 years of age or older to take our fitness classes.

ADAPTIVE/ACCESSIBILITY
Please review our Essential Eligibility Criteria (EEC).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT! Please Only register for a yoga class if you are 100% certain you will attend. Due to limited availability, these reservations are in HIGH DEMAND.

CANCELLATIONS + NO-SHOWS: In making this reservation, you agree to the following terms:

• Arrive on time, ready & able to participate in this group fitness class
• Contact us at least 3 hours prior to the start of the class if you need to cancel your reservation.
• Members making cancellations within three hours will be charged a $10 fee.
• Punch card holders making cancellations within three hours will have one punch deducted.
• Non-members who prepaid for a day pass are eligible for a free reschedule to another group fitness class in the next two business days. If canceling less than 3 hours before the class, non-members are not eligible for a rescheduled group fitness class but can use the facility for the day of their registered fitness class. No refunds will be given for prepaid group fitness classes.
• No-shows are subject to the same fees and deductions as listed above.

ATTENDING CLASSES:
• Space is limited; always CHECK-IN a the front desk before joining class.
• Do not enter classes late.
• Leave shoes, phones and belongings in cubbies.
• Silence all electronics.
• Make room for everyone, adjust mats as needed.
• Stay for the full class; do not leave early.
• Shirts must be worn at all times.

YOUTH:
• Youth must be 14 years or older to join a group fitness class.
• Do not bring small children to class with you.
