
Our Recovery & Mobility Workshop is ideal for anyone who feels tight, tense, or depleted and wants simple, effective tools for self-care and injury prevention. You’ll leave feeling more at ease in your body and with practical techniques you can continue using at home.

YOGA:
We recommend bringing your own mat. Props and other supplies are available if needed.
RESERVATIONS:
Required for Group Fitness; see the front desk if you have any questions about openings in our yoga and fitness classes.
Non-Members are required to prepay for a day pass when signing up unless they are with a member and under that members reservation.
CHECK-IN:
Participants must check-in at the front desk before entering the studio, even if previously checked-in to the facility.
Failure to check-in properly may result in the loss of a reservation.
Late entry into the yoga studio is NOT permitted.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Must be made no less than 3 hours prior to the start of class or risk being charged a $10 fee
2) Non-members who cancel less than 3 hours in advance will not receive a refund
3) “No shows” are subject to the same fee.
