EVENING PILATES

Designed to complement your climbing journey, this dynamic class incorporates Pilates principles to enhance your overall performance on the wall. Each session focuses on developing core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility through a series of controlled movements and exercises. As you engage your muscles and mind, you'll build a strong foundation that translates seamlessly to your climbing endeavors.
