Rates:
• $85 per hour for one person
• $110 per hour for two people

Required before your first session:

• Current Edgeworks Waiver
• Complete a Client Intake Form

Ages:
All personal training participants must be at least 18 years old.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

This policy applies to all indoor Climbing School offerings including ProBelay, Private Lessons and Personal Training at all Edgeworks facilities. Edgeworks has carefully crafted this policy to ensure fairness to both our participants and our staff. Please contact us for clarification about this policy.

Payment Timeline
• Full payment is due at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

5 days or more before the start of a course:
• One free reschedule will be allowed into a future course.
• No refunds will be issued.

4 days or less before the start of a course:
• You cannot reschedule.
• No refund or credit will be issued for any reason.
• If you ‘no-show’ to a program or any portion of a program, no refund or credit will be issued or pro-rated. This includes courses purchased with a punch card.

Requests made due to documented injury, illness or extenuating circumstances will receive the most accommodations and rescheduling priority.

If we cancel:
• Edgeworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program at any time for any reason.
• A full refund or credit will be issued if Edgeworks cancels a program.
