YOGA BreakdownEVENING SLOW FLOW / YIN CLASS
This is a slower paced, relaxing class that focuses on longer held postures. It starts with a series of slightly warming movements that turns into longing holding poses for 3-5 mins each. This allows more time to find subtle nuances within the body and gives more time to explore stretches that feel right for each individual person who comes to class. Recommended to bring cozy layers that can be added on and off through class such as sweaters, sweatpants and socks to get more comfortable.
