LATE MORNING

This slow flow vinyasa class focuses on deepening the mind-body-breath connection through intentional movement with a strong focus on anatomical alignment and integrity. We’ll gently build some heat while creating space to explore a variety of poses, modifications, and stretches. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed, re-energized, clear-minded, and ready to tackle the rest of your day! Great for both beginners looking to explore Vinyasa at a gentle pace as well as advanced students who want to refine their practice
