Duration: 5 hours (one 2 hour session + one 3 hour session)
Participation:
- Registration is required for participation in Climbing School courses. Individuals who are not registered (including family, friends, and children) are not permitted in the instruction space.

Late Entry
Arriving late greatly impacts the flow of this course. As such, no entry is permitted more than 5 minutes after the course start time. No refunds are given in these situations. Participants can reschedule into a later course with a 50% change fee from the original booking price.

Rental equipment is included in the course fee. Please bring your personal equipment if you own it.
- Rock Climbing Shoes
- Climbing Harness
- Autoblocking Belay Device (e.g. Petzl Reverso or Black Diamond ATC-Guide)
We require that climbers take an Climbing Anchors course and the Rappelling Course before Rescue Fundamentals. These foundational courses will help you improve your skills and prepare you the complexities of rescue situations.
Our outdoor Rock Rescue Course expands on these skills in a real-world environment. We recommend taking that as a follow-up to this program.

If you would like to schedule a lesson at a time that is not listed and have a group larger than 2 climbers, please contact our Climbing School Manager (details below). Availability may be limited; a four week lead time may be required to schedule a session.

Payment Details

Cancellation Policy
● You can reschedule your program up to 72 hours before it starts.
● Less than 72 hours before the start of a program:

You cannot reschedule.

No refund or credit will be issued for any reason.

If you ‘no-show’ to a program or any portion of a program, no refund or credit will be issued or pro-rated. Missing the first session of a multi-session program constitutes a ‘no-show’; no entry is allowed into subsequent sessions.
If we cancel:
● Edgeworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program at any time for any reason.
● A full refund or credit will be issued if Edgeworks cancels a program.
