Group Size: 6 maximum, 3 minimum
Location
We strive to hold the course at the assigned location, but sometimes must adapt to the current weather, road, avalanche, or snow conditions to optimize your experience on the course. We sometimes need to adjust the program location to meet these goals; alternate venues include Mount Rainier National Park, White Pass, Stevens Pass, or the Mount Baker backcountry.
Enrollment Deadline
Registration closes 7 days before the online session to give students adequate time to complete the required AIARE pre-course learning (~4-8 hours of self-study). If you wish to enroll within this period AND can complete pre-course learning, please contact us to sign-up.
Parking
Some course locations require a parking/entrance fee. This is the responsibility of the student and is not included in the course fee. We encourage carpooling.
Snowshoers
We welcome snowshoers in this program if you sign up for a private course with a group of your friends or partners who ski or splitboard. Contact us for more information.
Accessibility
Please review our Essential Eligibility Criteria (EEC) for more information.
