Private Lessons

Prerequisites

• Anyone under 18 years of age must have a waiver filled out by a parent or legal guardian
• Adaptive/Accessibility: Essential Eligibility Criteria (EEC)

Youth Private Lessons
We gladly offer private instruction for climbers of all ages. However, an adult must remain in the facility during the first private lesson for climbers under age 14. Supervision is not required for subsequent sessions or for climbers in our Youth Programs, unless determined by the instructor.

Custom Times / Large Groups / Advanced Skills
If you would like to schedule a lesson at a time that is not listed, have a group larger than 2 climbers, or want to learn advanced skills, please contact our Climbing School Manager (details below). Availability may be limited; a four week lead time may be required to schedule a session.

Edgeworks has carefully crafted this policy to ensure fairness to both our participants and our staff. Please contact us for clarification about this policy.

Payment Details
● All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
● You can reschedule your program up to 72 hours before it starts. 

● Less than 72 hours before the start of a program:

• You cannot reschedule.

• No refund or credit will be issued for any reason.

• If you ‘no-show’ to a program or any portion of a program, no refund or credit will be issued or pro-rated.  Missing the first session of a multi-session program constitutes a ‘no-show’; no entry is allowed into subsequent sessions.

If we cancel:
● Edgeworks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program at any time for any reason.
● A full refund or credit will be issued if Edgeworks cancels a program.

Late Entry
Arriving late greatly impacts the flow of this course; no late entry is permitted. No refunds are given in these situations.
