The basics of climbing movement!

Using our bouldering walls, this course focuses on the basics of technique such as using your body effectively, climbing specific movement, and energy conservation; essential skills for new climbers whether you're a boulderer or a rope climber.

With more time and hands-on coaching from our instructors, you’ll leave feeling more confident and capable on the wall.
