Club Climbers | Ages 11-13

NOTE: Registration is only available for classes 2 weeks from today's date. 

1. Please sign-in/register with your phone number or email address.
   • The contract holder must be a parent/guardian.  
2. Select and/or add a youth climber as the participant to register. 
   • DO NOT register an adult for the course.
3. Review and accept document terms.
4. Add a payment method and complete the process.

After completing the Registration Steps:

1. Open your Member Portal and select the "Bookings" tab
2. Confirm that the new registration status says CONFIRMED.
3. Select the previous booking that you are transferring OUT of.
4. Terminate the previous ACTIVE Youth Programs course by clicking on the booking.

Why let the kids have all the fun? Contract holders of an ongoing youth programs are eligible for a discounted monthly family membership.

Discounted Rate:
Second family member rate for up to two adults and a $25 start-up fee per adult, and $40 per youth add-ons.

Program Terms & Dues

• This Program includes a membership and is a DUES paying program that continues indefinitely until canceled.
• Youth Program memberships cannot be frozen.
• Monthly dues (+tax) are paid to Edgeworks Climbing by electronic funds transfer (EFT) and will be billed on the same day of each following month. 
• Dues are non-refundable.
• Rates are based on ACH or Debit Card billing (direct debit to a checking account)
  • Credit cards are subject to a 3% convenience fee.
• Edgeworks does not process changes or terminations over the phone.
  • Changes and terminations must be done using your Member Portal (on our website, or in person) prior to your monthly billing day.
• In the event of a declined AutoPay payment, a Bank Decline Fee of $10 will be charged.
• Edgeworks Climbing reserves the right to increase dues at its discretion with 60 days written notice.

Behavioral Expectations 

Safety and risk management are top priorities for Edgeworks and its staff. Climbing gyms are a high-risk environment, so it is extremely important that all participants follow the following guidelines for the duration of program. Please review and discuss these expectations with your participant(s) before their first day of the program.

• Climbers must follow all staff and instructor directions.
• Running, gymnastics, roughhousing, swinging on ropes, etc. are all strictly prohibited.
• Never walk or climb under/over other climbers. Maintain awareness of the space around you at all times, especially when moving through the facility.

Failure to follow the above guidelines poses a serious safety risk to oneself and/or others, and as such may result in removal from the program.
